The menu shows dedication to Italy’s timeless culinary staples such as Pappardelle al Sugo, Chicken Arrosto, and Veal Chop Milanese. Chef Richard J. Corbo aims to deliver simple, seasonal dishes that take guests back to that quintessential Italian restaurant experience. As a nod to the popular style of bar dining in the Veneto region, Ducca also offers a full selection of cichetti, or rustic bar snacks, prepared at a unique 12-ft marble-topped bar visible to guests in the dining room.
